Policy on Revisions

We offer revisions based on the package you select. Customers can request an unlimited number of free revisions, which we will do at no extra charge as long as the design and concept remain the same. Revisions would take 48 hours to complete.

Money-Back Guarantee / Refund Policy

If the initial concepts/drafts of our marketing collaterals are approved or a change is requested, any funds deposited for a project will not be refunded after delivery unless Infini Social cancels or terminates your contract for a reason other than your breach or non-performance.

In case of a refund request, all of such concerns are to be handled in the following manner:

  • You can make a request once the initial drafts have been presented. Once you approve or request changes to the initial drafts, the refund offer is null and void, and refund requests will not be considered.
  • You will be eligible for a full refund if you request a refund before the initial design concepts are delivered (less than 10 percent service & processing fee)
  • You will receive a 66 percent refund if you submit your refund request within 48 hours (less than 10 percent service & processing fee)
  • If you request a refund between 48 and 120 hours after receiving the initial design, you will be eligible for a 33% refund (less than 10% service & processing fee).
  • No refund requests will be considered after 120 hours; however, because we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, you are encouraged to contact us if you have any concerns.
  • You will not be eligible for a refund if you do not take any action on your order within 30 days of placing it. If you want to reactivate your design order, you must pay a fee that varies by project.
  • No refund requests will be considered after the final files have been delivered.
  • When it comes to website packages, no refunds will be given once the development is finished and the website is live.
  • Refund requests for video animation packages will not be considered once the storyboard has been created.
  • All refund requests should be directed to customer service. Infini Social reserves the right, on an individual case-by-case basis, to approve or deny your request based on a violation of your user agreement.
  • Infini Social / Custom packages will be subject to the same refund policy as single packages. For example, if you sign up for a social media marketing and video marketing service and approve the social media package, you can only request a refund for the video marketing service during the initial draft phase.
  • A valid reason for requesting a refund must be provided, which must be evaluated against the design brief and customer feedback for revisions. There will be no refund unless the concept was not designed in accordance with the brief.
  • The money-back-guarantee is based on the order being placed truthfully. When a customer places design orders with multiple digital marketing agencies for the same job in the hopes of receiving a refund, we do not consider it in good faith. In this case, we reserve the right to refuse a refund request.

All of the digital marketing jobs require customer feedback before they can be completed, so it’s only fair that the customer participates and provides feedback to achieve the desired results.

If our services are found to be significantly similar to another brand that may already exist, you are entitled to a re-draw under our 100 percent unique design guarantee. Any resemblance to an existing service is purely coincidental, and Infini Social will not be held liable or responsible.

How to Get Your Refund

Please ensure that you meet the following requirements in order for your refund request to be approved. Contact us using one of the three methods listed below to request a refund:

We will try to resolve your issue as soon as possible using our revision policy, or we will email you a refund request approval from our refund department. Following the refund, Infini Social would obtain your service rights, and you would be unable to display any version of the service made by the company. Let us also emphasize:

  • Because the design rights have been transferred to the company, you agree that you will have no right (direct or indirect) to use any response or other content, work product, or media and that you will have no ownership interest in or to the same.

Infini Social would share Copyright Acquisition information for the refunded concepts with government copyright agencies, preventing them from being reused as original concepts in the future. My Profile

The My Account section is an excellent communication tool. It is your sole responsibility to monitor your account area for any questions, concerns, or additional instructions that the representatives of Infini Social assigned to your project may require. If you do not check or use the Account Area on a regular basis, you will not be eligible for a refund.
